7. Production Times

Production times are estimates unless a specific completion date has been

Custom work may require additional time depending on the complexity of the order, availability of materials and approval of artwork.
Unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays.

8. Collection and Delivery

Customers may be offered collection or delivery depending on the order.
Where delivery is arranged through a third-party courier or delivery service,
delivery times are subject to that provider’s service and conditions.
Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after receiving
them and notify Midrand Engravers of any apparent problem.

9. Custom Products, Returns and Refunds

Because customised and engraved products are made according to individual customer requirements, cancellations, returns and refunds may be subject to the nature of the product and applicable South African consumer law.
