SUMMARY

Outside a Visitor requesting to be Contacted by Midrand Engravers (ME), does not collect or require any personal or identifiable information from Visitors using its website. However, external entities do monitor certain metrics. As a Visitor is not required to share or upload any information, a visitor is anonymous to ME.

Where a Visitor had requested to be Contacted by ME via our Contact Form, their email address , name, and any other information residing in the Contact Form is recorded for communication purposes only. Visitor information will not be shared, sold, traded, or compromised in any way unless compelled to do so through a legitimate court order. In such an event, the said Visitor will be notified of such proceedings.

This policy is intended to comply with applicable South African privacy legislation, including the protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
